Hi our car was registered last 2013, then I want it to be registered this year , can I register the car without bringing the car to the lto branch?

Just last week, I spent 7.5K to register our owner type jeep whose last registration was in 2013. The amount includes emission testing, new plates and agent/fixer fee.
