Nag renew ako recently and it only took me around 20minutes. Most of the time was spent filling up those stupid forms, particularly for the useless drug test.

Chief saan kayo nag-renew?
Kailangan ko na ring mag-renew eh. . . dati e sa tagaytay ako nagre-renew ... kaso bukod sa mabagal e out of way na since sa Makati na ako nagwo-work...

LTO office at SM Hypermart/Tiendesitas. I went at around 3-4pm.
