Be careful when you're driving along Diosdado Macapagal Ave. in Pasay City. There are kotong traffic enforcers of Pasay City who are lurking in the cover of darkness to victimize on unsuspecting motorists. I was stopped 2 nights ago at the Macapagal Ave. cor Buendia intersection for allegedly failing to follow traffic rules. I slowed down while approaching the intersection to check on a traffic light but saw instead traffic enforcers who motioned me to cross the intersection. Upon crossing I was stopped because accordingly, I was supposed to stop and not go. I argued my case and I insisted that I just followed their hand signal, but they just wouldn't budge. Then they began asking for P500 to release my license. And while I was negotiating, 3 more cars were apprehended for the same violation. The second car was spared because according to the enforcers Cong. Mikey Arroyo was in there. So it's okay for legislators to break the very laws they crafted. (Anak ng Diyos talaga ang mga Arroyo.)
Eventually, after several minutes of negotiations, they gave me my license after giving them P100 bill. Much as I wanted to stand firm and insist that I was right, I gave in to avoid the hassle of claiming a driver's license from LTO.

If you're going straight to PICC from Macapagal, make sure na you're on the second lane and not partly on the outer lane... Yung outer lane ay pang right turn to Buendia from Macapagal (side ng World Trade Center) lang. Dami sila nahuhuli dyan... kaya laging busog ...

My brother was flagged down twice (Isang biyahe lang to)
1. Along Aurora going to Edsa. Andon siya sa left most lane at pakaliwa pala ang mga to going to Gateway so lumipat siya sa gitna. Huli siya after the intersection pero malayo pa naman daw siya sa stoplight before siya lumipat mga 6 to 7 cars pa raw.
So lumipat siya sa rightmost lane then tsaka dumertso. Ayun huli nanaman. Swerving daw. Dapat yung jeep hinuli nila kasi kakaliwa pala tapos asa gitna nangcut pa.
