I feel for you dude.

Don't jump on the problem right there and then... check first your cards (and consult your lawyer perhaps?); It's true as they said with the local officials: watch your back as they can pretty much be two-faced.

Sad to hear your predicament... Unfortunately problems with neighbors transcends social class, whether you stay in a high-end subdivision or squatter-infested area... kanya-kanyang problem yan (we have our share of wacko/inconsiderate... and supposedly educated neighbors). At the end of the day, consider the safety of your family and property in your actions. ;)

for what it's worth, bratski kung talagang gusto ibalik, meet halfway na lang kayo ng mga "players" niyo dyan sa brgy, magbigay ka ng time kung kailan lang sila pwede maglaro..i.e. 4-6 pm...then before and after that hinde na pwede

bro, i sympathize w/ you a 100%. alam mong nasa tama ka pero ang mahirap dyan ang mga kalaban mo walang paki sa tama at mali basta magawa lang ang gusto nila. coupled w/ the fact that a majority, if not all politicians are populist in thinking, then you're in for a rough sailing in the coming years ahead.

but then again, maybe its time to call it quits, move out and leave that old stressful and dangerous neighborhood behind. life si too short to worry about those matters every second, every minute, every hour. talagang malaking sakripisyo ang mag alsa balutan pero kung para sa ika-bubuti naman ito ng pamilya mo at ika-gagaan ng loob mo...baka ito talaga ang direksyon na kailangan mong tahakin.

    opinyon ko lang po

    shadow,
dati kasi nilapit ko na yan sa barangay at ginawan nila ng paraan by giving the players "playing time" sa umaga at gabi. what they do is put a padlock on the net pag hindi pa oras ng laro. kaso as time goes by nawala na practice na ganito or maybe yung nagkakandado ng ring tinatamad na magkandado. Ayun free for all na naman. as early as 8am to 10pm may naglalaro dito.Ayoko naman masyadong magreklamo and go with the flow nalang ako kasi nga safety ko rin compromised, pero nung pinunasan ng thinner sasakyan ko its way overboard na.Wala kasing homeowners dito na papayag ilagay sa kanila yung court kung ililipat.kaya tinanggal na muna ng chairman yung ring until a solution comes up.Ayoko narin maibalik rito sa tapat namin dahil delikado rin sa pamilya ko lalu na pag may laro at maraming tambay, usually mga dayo pa kaya mas delikado.

    baludoy,
hindi naman far fetched kung lilipat kami ng bahay dahil I have a house in qc naman. kaya lang mas gusto ko dito kasi sobrang lapit sa business namin(siguro around 500 meters lang). sa qc kasi mga 5kms ang layo hehehe

I thought of this because of the recent viral Victory Liner ambush. The only child will be disinherited if proven that she was the mastermind of the ambush of her mother (I remember my lawyer telling me that is one ground for disinheritance).

I was wondering of a similar scenario:

Juan passes away single (never married and no kids)
    His parents are deceased
He has 2 siblings: 1 living, 1 deceased (but wife and children are alive)

My question is, Juan's assets will go only to the living sibling or are the wife and children of the deceased sibling entitled too (as heirs)

    No will
Living sibling entitled to1/2 of property
Children of deceased sibling entitled to 1/2 of property.

at dahil pumanaw na yung isang kapatid, ang magmamana nang kanyang share ay ang mga anak niya.
