    walang impossible sa LTO basta't may pera, lahat ay PWE'DEng gawin..ang daming CROKS sa loob at sa labas..wala na yatang pag asa pang magbago yan..

    Hence, the need for RFID tags, even if at least for yellow plates. All notions of invasions of privacy are not applicable as they're public utility vehicles.

    Pati driver's ID may kalokohan sa LTO. Kaya dapat may OR ka kasi kung wala, puwedeng fake drivers license yan. Dati addt'l cost lang fixer, ngayon addt'l risk na rin.

    The kambal plaka thing is prevalent among EDSA buses as well.

    Aysus .. this is an old modus. The biggest bus company in the Philippines does this. One plate number is being shared by as many as five buses. And they're all scattered in the whole archipelago.
