"for compliance" ang nakalagay imbis na "for registration". Good for 3 months ang certificate, 400 pesos.

Kotong Enforcer: Sa emmission testing kasi "nalalagyan".
Me: Sinasabi mo ba na "nag-lagay" kami?

They are also doing this in Baguio City. Our company's Adventure was flagged down by these men. It's the same thing. They rev the **** out of your engine, give you a fine and have an emission test before they give back your plate.

I asked the ASBU personnel why do they rev the **** out of the engine and what if the engine breaks down because of their stupidity - no answer.

I then saw a gasoline engined Accord that was spewing blue smoke. I asked them why didn't they flag it down - no answer.

The next time we are going to Baguio, we'll just remove the plate number at the front so we'll appear as if we were already flagged down by these pigs.

Natuto na din sila sa baguio city, problema na din ng city of baguio yung air pollution galing sa mga sasakyan, karamihan ng public at private vehicle are using using diesel engines, It is good that this ASBU personel did not break your engine, hindi normal yung ginagawa nilang pag rev ng sasakyan, mga balasubas yung mga yan

It happens before also in Manila that ASBU have an operation, they flagged down a Tamaraw FX and then this ASBU personel rev it very high to produced more smoke but then suddenly the engine of this FX breakdown,"kumatok" bigla kaya kung ako ang driver and ASBU will flagged me down hindi ko papayagan yung personel nila ang mag rev what ever happens.

Hm, you're right. If even Police at checkpoints cannot touch anything in your car, then how come these bastards can?

Somebody should video the whole thing (complete with the 'unanswerable' questions portion), then post it online. If the stations pick up on this, there'll be quite a storm.
