Most politicians won't implement any long-lasting solution because our roads and bridges are one aspect of government spending that is clearly visible and has a lot of exposure. It works towards their popularity if they're able to 'fix' something as it gives an impression that they're doing something right with our taxes.
Sad, but true...

kung nun araw mga lolo't lola natin tambay ng Maynila
mga parents natin tambay ng Cubao
mga kuya/ate natin tambay ng Makati, Ortigas
wala lang these are old places
the next big thing for us, Reclamation/Macapagal, The Fort.

AFAIK Makati CBD is private land, the ayalas should be the ones doing the road maintenance for it. Pero most streets na rin outside o the CBD lubak lubak na rin (San Antonio, Yakal, etc)

finaly napag usapan . tagal ko na pansin at ramdam ung daan sa ayala.. mayat maya iniispalto mayat maya din nasisira.. meron ciguro nakikinabang.CBD? bat ang pangit ng daan?..kahit ung streach lng ng ayala man lang pakinisin.
OT lang:
sana pati street signs palitan na din.. old skul ung dating eh..hindi retro..outdated!!
