Just last week, Jeep sideswipes a Honda Civic EK along Tandang Sora and drove along as if nothing happened.

Kala niya kaya niya takasan ang VTEC. Ayun tinugis at ni-roadblock. Mukha pa namang astig ang Civic driver.

    Here are some facts...

India - Road accident death toll (90,000 deaths) highest in world
Iran - Road accident toll highest in world

what's noticeable is that there's no jeeps or tricycles like in the Phils. in these countries so in conclusion there's no justification for the moniker of this thread...its really the irresponsible people on and off the road are the ones causing the road mishaps, so instead of blaming specific people why not stay more focused, alert & drive defensively when on the road...ahhh and most importantly keep your cool and not let "road rage" take over you...

    just my 2 cents...

See also the actual number of incidents involving these things.

:fire: :evillaugh

This is flawed logic. India's population alone makes a comparison too lop-sided for any believable conclusion.

I'd dare say that virtually all tricycle and jeepney drivers didn't receive any formal training in driving and traffic regulations. Most don't even know basic traffic signs like No Parking, Pedestrian Crossing and No Left Turn, as proven by a number of actual broadcasted interviews. All the formal driving lessons and training in defensive driving in the world cannot possibly compensate for their ignorance.
