I would not suggest paying for anything. If a criminal case is filed against the driver, offering to settle the case with the relatives will be taken against him by the court. There are lots of cases like this where the act of paying for funeral, damages, even hospitalization, was (mis)construed as a sign of a guilty conscience.

he should definitely exert effots to settle because if the court finds his driver guilty, the damages that will be assessed against the latter can be assessed against owner. this is because the driver is his employee and the employee is doing his job at the time of the incident. this is especially true if the driver has no means to pay for the damages.

1. Voice Changer sa phone yung parang machine voice and kalabasan.
2. Cphone signal blocker, kahit 4mtr X 5mtr room radiius lang, meaning when inside the room with this signal blocker patay ang signal ng cphone.
3. Audio killer, halimbawa yung kapitbahay mo panay ang kanta ng "my way" sa videoke na parang pinupunit na yero instead na awayin mo sindihan mo lang yung gadget na yun at blocked na yung audio mula sa kanya. Meron kami dating ginamit na ganito para siyang audio distorter or audio-wave blocker hindi ko na ma-trace saka mahal yun. Ikaw baka meron ka nung mas cheaper version.
