when you park sa malls, even if paid parking, hindi responsible ang mall nga sa damages. ang defense nila is that you only pay for the space, not for security.

Yes it is printed sa ticket, as my sis na lawyer told me they are still liable. It is still within their premises hindi pwedeng may apply yung disclaimer nila sa ticket.

:whoa: Saan banda sa parkingan nangyari ito? I always thought that the parking there was relatively safe.
Ako rin, I usually park in B3 because I'm too impatient to look for open slots in B1 and B2. Yun nga lang, it stinks like hell in B3.
Try to park sa Corporate Center or sa B3 (kahit it stinks) a few rows from the front, dont park sa far end ng b3 minsan meron din sumasabit doon. Just this year Galleria reduced their security guards, only 1 guard with a bike services each basement parking.

Guys, I read a few months ago na someone made it a law (or ordinance) na damage and loss of cars in paid mall parking are the responsibility of the malls. Was this in QC or Mandaluyong? And was this bill by Jaworski or some mayor? Sorry short term memory loss ako lolz!
