Illegal FX terminal - Magallanes / EDSA cor. Pasong Tamo

First time to start a thread here.

The corner of EDSA and Pasong Tamo (just off the Magallanes MRT station) has become a terminal for southbound FX. These FX vehicles have taken up one lane from the area fronting the entrance to the Magallanes MRT station to the corner of Pasong Tamo.

To further worsen things, jeepneys have also made Pasong Tamo their own terminal.

It appears that the enforcers - MAPSA and BARANGAY SAN LORENZO TANOD (?) - manning this intersection are turning a blind eye to this illegal terminal.

One time, I saw these BRGY SAN LORENZO Tanods stop a guy in a red Honda Civic for a traffic violation while just a few a meters away from them, the FX vehicles have clogged almost two lanes of EDSA.

To whom should we report this illegal terminal?

ay... dito ako dumadaan araw araw kasi nasa labas lang ito ng village namin. Grabe nga ang mga jeep jan. Yun yung cause ng traffic sa intersection na yan aside from several schools around the vicinity. Ang madalas tambay jan yellow boys and yung san lo boys... Matinik ito sa mga motor na walang helmet and sa mga color coding. Yung mga jeep and fx na illegal terminal normal na sa amin yan kasi kahit ng operation pa dito mga pulis hndi parin sila sinisita. Most likely meron nang under the table agreement itong mga PUV drivers and mga pulis.
