falsification of a public document... what's the penalty for this?
IF indeed they're using fraudulent IDs.... Then they should be punished to the fullest extent of the law... The cancer in our society...

the rules say they qualify if the corrective lenses can correct their vision to only 20/70.
normally, most errors of refraction can be corrected to much better than 20/70.... maybe to 20/20.

if you have 20/200, but the corrective lenses can improve it to better than 20/70... you don't qualify for PWD.

your last posted BP was 122/82...
Thanks sa info na ito Doc..
Tama ba sinabi ng friend ko dati? Kaya hindi siya nag-apply for PWD kahit malabo mata nya kasi bawal daw kapag kukuha ng Driver's License?

Does anyone here have a PWD card? I noticed that more and more "normal" people have it. I don't know what's a PC way of saying it but those without physical or mental disabilities that are obvious. My friend's children have PWD cards and they go to normal schools. I forgot to ask her how they qualified for PWD, baka adhd.

Anyway, I asked someone if I am diagnosed with depression, pwede ba ko sa mental illness. Pwede daw. My Mom doesn't want though na I get a PWD card tapos mental illness Even my Titas ayaw. Sobrang Taboo pa rin sa elders ang mental illness. Pwede din daw vision, although I wear glasses, I don't think my vision is that bad.

Madalas psychosocial ang nilalagay lalo dun sa nagpakuha ng card sa kakilala sa brgy or city hall.

May kilala ako may PWD card dahil sa psoriasis.

My son has a PWD card. He has cerebral palsy kaya obvious na may disability siya. I have a nephew naman who also has a PWD card. He only has slight problem hearing in one ear. Otherwise hindi halata na may disability siya.

    many times,
it is the degree or severity of the dis-ability that is the determining factor.
i am confident, it is written down on paper, somewhere.

How much do we really care for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)?
