June 16th, 2015 12:31 AM #21Kung abutin ka man ng "yellow" na nag-turn "red" sa mga traffic light na nasa luob kana ng intersection box due traffic flow. Proceed to cross the intersection ka na. Hindi ka naman pwede tumigil/huminto sa luob ng intersection box. Turo sa amin yaan noun ng LTO representative sa driving lectures/seminars. Ang hindi pwede o bawal yung Red na traffic light, pumasok tumawid kapa rin sa intersection box to cross.

Yun na ang problem. Nung nag-yellow kasi nag-stop na agad siya kaya ako todo-brake na din agad pero hindi nakayanan kasi nasa "highway" kami. Sinabi ko nga after na bakit siya agad tumigil eh kaya pa naman habulin. Nagulat lang din talaga siguro siya sa tingin ko.

Hmm. Ang ending, nagkabayaran kami then hinabol din ng insurance namin kasi foul daw yung ginawa namin na nagbigay ng pera. (Nag-file kasi agad ako ng claim and first time ko kasi nabangga kaya ko hindi alam gagawin) Hindi ko na alam sa insurance kung pinagawa ba nung owner yung kotse niya pero most probably hindi na siguro pinagawa kasi hindi na kami ginulo.

For us here where I am, If the tail-end of my car isn't safely passed the intersecting lanes, then I'd be guilty of beating a red light. There are cameras and lasers at many intersections here. No one dares try to beat a red light because the fines can be costly. The first offense is like $200-$300. No cops. You just get the fine (and photos) in the mail.
