Bakit ba nagkakaroon nang lemon cars? Sa laki nang mga company na yan, wala ba silang Quality Coordinator/Checker before ilabas ung unit?

In the case of Miss Devin (FD with paint bubbles all over). It takes time for the rust to form (and release gas hence the bubble). It could have been prevented through a thorough paint procedure.

lm723: Physically checking millions of units, one-by-one? No manufacturing plant does that... Even low-volume, hand made cars don't escape from defects.

In 2006 I bought a Honda City 1.5 V w/ CVT the electric window at the driver side didn't work, Honda repaired but in few weeks it doesn't function again. Last month I just traded it into a Toyota Yaris.

Same problem, 4 times dinala sa casa at d nagawa = lemon

Within 7 days daw pede pa isauli para palitan.

yan din ang sabi sa akin nung sales agent after nya ibigay yung car keys ng bagong tsikot.. ang question mga papi, meron na ba nakagawa nito? i mean, may nasaktuhan na ba na lemon ang tsikot nya tapos pinalitan talaga ng new unit ng dealer?
