this is one of the reasons why I wanted a brighter and stronger headlight. I even installed foglamps sa van ko.. me and my wife work nights.. so palaging gabi ang biahe.. experienced people bigla na lang tumatawid sa may magallanes underpass - south super highway, tsaka sa may pildera-pasay..

pasintabi na lang muna pero kase naman napakaraming taong walang disiplina lalo na yung mga mahilig mag jwalking sa highway but still it's not an excuse

But with brighter and stronger headlights delikado naman yan sa harapan mo na sasakyan dahil masakit sa mata yan at paossible sila naman makabangga.

Nakakabulag kaya yan pagnapatingin ka sa overhead mirror mo.

Well, you're driving the car, weren't you? Yes, you should. Its your responsibility. If you're not willing to take responsibility, then you shouldn't be driving in the first place. Your life is not more important than theirs. A life is a life. If it was an accident, then so be it. But don't run away from the consequences of your actions.

Yan ang mga taong-manok. Kung kelan ka dadaan, saka tatawid. Madalas sa may mga stop light tumatambay. Kung kelan GO ka na, saka naman sila tatawid.
