Sir, wala rin magagawa yung police station sa ilalim ng tandang sora flyover, see my thread about my hit and run incident.
Anyway, best thing you can do is to have it blotter sa may Litex traffic section kasi dito lahat pinapapunta yung may mga traffic incident pag sa kahabaan ng commonwealth nangyari. You can also e-mail LTFRB and they will give you a phone no. you can call.

I suggest not to clean any part of the collision as the investigators will take pictures of it and will be used for the blotter. Prepare around 500 pesos for the pictures and photocopy.

Ang gagawin nila is they will alarm Camp Karingal about the incident and pag nakita nila yung car, paparahin nila ang iimpound nila yung kotse hanggat di nila nasesettle nung nakabangga yung obligation nila sa iyo.

Hope my post helps you in any way, keep us updated.
