hindi sya maicoconsider na non-contact apprehension, disobeying traffic enforcer yata yan or running away from a traffic enforcer, hindi ko alam yung exact term

sanay huminto ka nalang at pinakiusapan. nadadaan naman yan sa tamang pakikipagusap na walang kotong. i've done it a couple of times before. dapat medyo astigin ang dating ng pakikipagusap pero hindi mukhang mayabang. hwag din yung masyadong mahinahon, lalo ka lang kokotongan kasi feeling nila takot ka.

Kung nasa tama ka, talk your way out of it. Just be firm and courteous, don't accept their version of your supposed violation, if they sense that you're not gonna budge, magaalanganin na ang mga lokong kotong no iyon. Happened to me at least 3 times already, takot din ang mga yun kung made up violation lang yan.

    wow!! galing.

For sure, tinandaan yung plate number mo. If you pass there again, make sure you have your OR-CR with you and a legit License.

If they ask why you ran before, then just DENY everything.

I have done a similar thing of running away and hinabol ako. One in Sta-Mesa araneta ave and in EDSA-North ave. di naman ako inabutan. Just drive fast. Iba na lang ang usapan pag namaril na and PULIS pala.

Nangyari din sakin yan along Imelda Ave. sa Sucat. But in my case I have a violation, coding. Diko alam na coding pala ako nung araw na yun coz I just came in the country. The thing is alam ng MMDA cop na galing kaming airport, so instead of giving me a ticket, sabi sakin "Boss, pasko naman ngayon e." Gets ko na kagad kaso pinatakbo kagad ng in-law ko yung ride, di naman humabol but I'm sure nakuha nya plate number ko. So, ngayon di na kami dumadaan ng Imelda Ave.

Speaking of registration, if you have a violation, let's say in Manila but you're registered in the province, makikita ba nila sa computer yung violation mo on your next registration?

yung mmda talaga sa ortigas nakakaasar. may time na maglleft ako dapat papuntang edsa from greenhills. eh nakastop so antay ako mag-go. tapos nung greenlight na, nagsignal pa cya na turn left na ako. tapos nung magtturnleft na ako, bigla ako pinituhan at pinatatabi ako. knowing na wala naman ako kasalanan, alis lang ako. di ko binilisan or binagalan. just back to my normal driving. wala naman ako violation eh. napagtripan lang malamang

i was cruising * around 80km/h. nung nandun ako sa line where you're supposed to stop, green pa. but nung tumawid ako, naging yellow!
i see nothing wrong with that. hence, no reason at all for them to flag you down. since you were in the process of crossing the yellow box area (assuming na meron and if meron, kita pa rin markings, hehe) when it turned yellow, okay lang kasi yellow just means caution. buti sana if you crossed it while the light was still red eh hindi naman.

gutom lang yang mga yan kaya pa gustong pagtripan.

I can't say that was the smartest thing to do, whether you're at fault or not, from your point of view you might be innocent but from others, that's another story. I'm sure di naman lahat ng traffic officials ay corrupt for instance allow me to share my experience....last year while on vacation in Pinas, i came home late (dont ask from where), i was heading south so i decided to take the macapagal ave. instead of roxas blvd. to avoid the "PUJs owning the lanes" in the baclaran area at the intersection at blue wave i tried to beat the red light cause it was already yellow (my mistake!), i didnt notice a TMG at the other side so he flagged me down...seeing him i already reached for my wallet to take a few hundred pesos 'cause i know this will be the case...so he talked to me and said in a polite manner "boss beating the red light kayo" i reasoned, "yellow pa kaso naabutan ako sa gitna" he replied "sige sir next time ingat na lang iwas aksidente"...and that really hit me! oo nga mali ako...i knew i deserved a ticket but that honest cop let me go...i wish i got his name dahil id surely want to thank him again if ever i meet him and treat him for lunch or something.....so the bottomline....dont assume anything if you think your not at fault dont run away "worst thing to do"
