Yesterday, magpaparenew ako license ko, tas nung nicheck nila me apprehension alert daw ako galing MMDA last Sept.26, 2008, eh hindi nmn ako nahuhuli or umaalis that time. I live here in Batangas, sabi ng LTO sakin puntahan ko raw sa MMDA yun para iclear at sabi rn sakin na madami case na ganun. Actually mekasabay ako na magrerenew rn ganun din nangyari sa kanya and yeah parehas pa kami ng date ng apprehension which was last friday!

Sobrang hassle naman kung puntahan ko pa sa manila to clear that out, its way toooo unfair.

Me maissuggest ba kyo na way para d2?

    TIA

AFAIK, if you were issued a TVR by the MMDA, the only way to clear it is to go to the MMDA's office and pay the fine. No ifs or buts about it.

ohhh, that's way too unfair, kase i live in batangas, tas hindi nmn talaga ako nahuli at wala rn ako sa manila dat time, tas magbabayad ako sa non existing apprehension? hindi ba pwede icomplain yun?

di pa kasi ako naka-experience na ma-issuehan ng TVR pero what i know is that you have to sign it to signify admission. So if this is the practice and i assume it is, if there's really no violation, there wouldn't be any TVR with your signature. Although this had to be veriefied at MMDA office na hassle talaga. And i agree na unfair talaga dahil i bet di ka man lang makakarinig ng apology kung abala nga lang ang nangyari.

    tama ba ako mga peeps?

Ok, if you're saying that you were not caught by the MMDA and no TVR was issued, then you can tell the LTO that the apprehension alert on you is false and that it could pertain to someone else with a similar name.

    Baka meron kang kapangalan.

In all probability, you'd be asked to get proof that the one subject of an apprehension alarm is not the same person.

Yun na nga bro eh, d nmn kase ako nahuli dat time, it says sept 26, 2008 , hindi ako lumabas dat time yun yung nakalagay ng date of apprehension ng mmda nung nicheck ng lto, so it was obviously a computer glitch on MMDA or LTO database, kahit yung kasabay ko who lives in batangas ganun dn yung date ng apprehension and d rn daw sya napunta ng manila dat time.

I asked the lto officer who was incharge in renewsing my license, sabi nila madalas daw mangyari yun tas natatawa na lang. ano ba naman yun? hindi ba pwede icomplain ganun?

*TS, pag pasensyahan mo na ang MMDA sa mali-maling "apprehension alert" nila,

kailangan ng boss nila ng campaign funds for 2010...hehehe

Yes, I wasnt apprehended, i wasnt even in manila that day. Yun ang ineexplain ko dun sa lto officer, sabi nila nangyayari daw talaga ganun pagkakamali. I checked their computer and same meron nga daw mmda apprehension last sept.26 2008, on my name and license number, so anlabo talaga, meron ako kasabay same situation kami. di kami pinayagan marenew yung license dahil dun at kahit aware sila na sa kanila (lto or mmda) ang mali, dapat ko pa rin daw puntahan sa mmda yun para iclear.
