We went around Ayala center today, Sunday. Saw a red plated van, Urvan ata, and a red plated crosswind in the area. Heavy tinted pareho, so could not see inside kung pami-pamilya ang mga sakay o anoman, na papunta o galing mall.
Sana tuloy-tuloy ang effort ng imbestigador to spot check these red plated vehicles being used in Sundays/near malls kung official business nga.
