Grabe talaga dyan sa masbate.. one of the province near in Luzon that was left behind.. Imagine maraming bahay dyan walang kuryente .mga cell site dyan pinapasabog pati yung mga tower ng napocor. i was in telecommunication for 15 year pero yang masbate naiwanan na, we try to develop pero marami sa gov. official may lahing koreano... lagi ang tanong magkano a"ko riyan" (kaya Koreano) ... ikaw na maginvest gusto may hati sa kita mo or partner daw sila sayo pero walang puhunan laway lang.. kaya yung mga investor umaalis, isa na ako dun.. kawawa naman...
