I know this is not an accurate analogy but i've did this before to a large insurance firm na itinakbo yung pera ko at di pinapansin yung complaint ko. I asked my friends in the media to call them, i called up their head office in NY, then I asked my dad's lawyer to call their corp comm officer. after a few days their legal department called me up and apologized. might work with men in uniform, too. who knows?
