I went to their office in Makati, settled the bill and right then and there, had my credit card cancelled. Alam nyo ba? Alam naman naman pala nila na walang nakakarating a bill sa akin dahil recorded sa computer nila, pero they did not do anything about it! Bad trip talaga.

    Nicolodeon: Looks like another M.O.

in fairness with Citibank, they have one of the fastest and efficient banking services in the country lalo na pagdating sa credit card..wag ka lang mag past due dahil kukupalin ka rin ng mga kolektor niyan...

Bakeeet? Utang ko ba yun? Hindi naman kami nakinabang dun ah? Dapat, ang hinabol nila eh yung company where my tatay used to work. Arrggh! Bumabalik yung bad memories tuloy.

Pinaalam ko sa AIG through email, fax, letter, phone, ESP, jungle drums and what have you na hindi ako nakakatanggap ng bill. No cigar.

    Iluvdetailing:

if you have a personal banker my guess is you are in citigold (if you're in private banking, the personal banker himself goes to your house for your transactions). they're the nicest bankers and i've been to many local banks. mababa lang ang interes ng citibank.

my statements also occasionally do not arrive but a single call to citigold sets the messengers straight (use the special citigold phone number so you will immediately receive a favored client treatment). the messengers get so rattled that they ask for my maids' ID the next time they deliver my statements.
