I saw this in TV Patrol a while ago. It's so shocking. Good thing I don't commute or else I am going to ring the driver's neck if I ride in one of those.hehe

This is a hot topic among other forums, multiply sites and blogs.

What amazes me most (because I cannot truly understand, no matter how hard I try) are the passengers who take pride in being part of this stupid palo/tikwal subculture. Yes, it is a subculture among the young and stupid. They seem to believe that this thing they're doing is the coolest thing and not everyone can just join their club. From what I've read, yung iba nag aantay pa ng 2 hours just to ride the patok jeepneys. To ride a patok jeepney, to be seen in one, it's priceless.

And stupid, and moronic, and nut-f*cked and the list goes on.

(According to the news, hihigpitan na raw nila ang mga byaheng Aurora, Cogeo, Marikina, Antipolo, and some parts of Rizal. Sure. Sure.)
