    I think the association and officers of this subdivision I went to put up this sign to ease traffic kasi wala pa 10 mins ng pag take ko ng pic na yan traffic was already congested because of this car mga palabas at papasok ng subdivision had to take turns goin in and out. Ito pa naman yung main road papasok sa subdivision nila so I can't blame them for getting pissed off.

    public road rules are a bit different from private road rules.
    generally, government has no control over private subdivision roads.
