i do not know where, but
i suppose, from the same entity that grants pwd status to the rest of 'em.
and as the illness is an uncommon one, you will probably need to get some form of certificate from the knowledgeable physician, to show the person on the counter, that such and such is so and so.

Southmall basement parking. Found a vacant slot. Since I would be "going the wrong way" if I turned right, I took the roundabout route. By the time I got to that empty diagonal slot again, there's this Ford Ranger who went against the flow and was now backing into it. What a d1ck. It's actually easy to spot other similar fcuktards as they'll be parked in reverse on a diagonal slot. Morons, all of them.

Dapat kasi yung nasa pwd slot eh yung may mga dalang wheelchair.. kung hindi ka pa gumagamit ng wheelchair dun ka dapat sa regular parking..

kahit walang wheelchair, kung may baston at i-ika-ikang maglakad, pagbigyan na rin.

papano kung mala-hercules ang driver, but ang pasahero ay matandang naka-baston at may kiling pag lakad, na ibinaba na sa entrance? payagan bang mag-park sa pwd parking?

Ang friend ko bro na may SLE hindi pde maglakad sa init kaya if not available ang PWD slot drop na lang talaga sya entrance, problema lang pag sya ang nagdrive ng car nya.

I think the pwd parking space is conveniently located near an entrance or an elevator, if I'm correct. No need to drop and pick-up later.

Hmmm, I'd like to think that pwd parking slots are for the benefit of the actual pwds, not their cars or drivers.
