Hmmm, posible! Minsan kasi mapapa gaya ka nalang kasi madami sa kanila pare pareho ng pwesto ng parking. Lalo na pag nag mamadali ka na.

Was in the mall kanina & was looking for a PWD parking (because my son is a PWD). I saw this car with probably a f*cking moron of a driver parked in between the harang of the 2 PWD slots.

he knew the cones were there, to advise potential parkers that the space is for PWDs. and yet, he felt entitled.
sana ay lagyan ng wheel lock yung car niya, with the note, "key is available from the cashier, at xxx pesos. no charge if presented with PWD document".
