You wonder how these morons got a license in the first place. Especially those in "1st world" countries, where supposedly they are more strict at issuing driver's licenses. Turns out they are no different from our local LTO at giving out licenses to morons. I shudder to think how these stupid people are when they are when they are out on the street running their vehicles.

mahirap din ganyan mapgbibintangan ka na mali parking mo pag yung sinundan mong mga katabi eh mali na, tapos ikaw naiwan at nai-park ng tama yung pumalit sa mga katabi mo.
