Last night tinitignan ko yung mga nakapark sa SM and since puno na halos lahat ng slot, may naka-park sa mga handicap slots. Meron ako nakita isang altis tapos meron booklet sa dashboard nya with logo na naka wheelchair. Dapat ganito ang rules eh. Parang mga doctor, meron dapat sila yung katulad ng nilalagay malapit sa plate (MD). Para hindi din maabuso nung mga nagpipilaypilayan lang.

I was hoping that after the Robert Blair Carabuena incident – the big bully from Philip Morris Fortune Tobacco who manhandled Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic officer Saturnino Fabros, when the latter stopped him after he were caught ignoring the red light traffic signal at the corner of Capitol Drive and Tandang Sora Avenue in Quezon City, – we wouldn’t be seeing again the likes of him.

Unfortunately, another SOB in the person of Noel P. delos Santos, who works for San Miguel, surfaced showing his abominable stance and contemptible face in bullying a man who only wanted an extra space for his heavily pregnant wife to be able to ease herself out when he parked his car.

It is about the repugnant attitude of this San Miguel employee that made me lift the story from Tambay Muna Tayo FB account so you can judge for yourself the kind of beast Noel P. delos Santos is.

To me, I know the inconsiderate boor now as Noel P. delos Diablos!

Place: Capitol Medical Level Parking
Time: Between 4:00pm to 4:30pmMy wife and I went to Capitol Medical Center for her weekly check up. Since the first level parking was full, my wife and I decided to park on the second level near the stairs so she could easily get out of the car (as she is due this week). Nagpark kami beside an SUV and allotted enough space on the right so my 9-month pregnant wife who’s sitting at the passenger seat can easily get out of the car. When i was about to open the driver’s door, a speeding “SAN MIGUEL service vehicle with plate no. TVQ 194″ parked beside us with no room for the driver to get out. We honked on him to ask him to kindly give us space so i could get out of the car. He wasn’t moving kaya pinilit ko na lang lumabas sa driver side kahit masikip then he shouted at us and said “Ang bobo niyo magpark, wala kayo sa linya, ang luwag pa ng kanan nyo o!” Then I said “Buntis po ang asawa ko, be considerate dahil lalabas siya ng pinto at masikip” then he kept on shouting from his window “Mga bobo kayo, wala akong paki, hindi kayo marunong magpark!” We said na sana marunong siya makipagusap ng maayos at hindi sumisigaw and pwede naman sya magpark ng konti ng sa left niya since wala namang slot dun kasi daan yon papuntang stairs pababa but he just kept on saying “MGA BOBO KAYO ULOL!”. After that exchange of words we went down and go to the OB’s clinic. After the check up, we immediately went to the 2nd level parking to take a picture of his pick-up so we can report his being DISRESPECTFUL and being ILL-MANNERED.I was very worried about my wife because she’s due this week, binastos niya lang kami and sinigaw-sigawan. He showed no concern even a bit for a pregnant lady. After he saw me taking pictures of his company pick-up, sumugod na siya samin ng wife ko and kept on shouting “Bakit mo kinukunan sasakyan ko a?!” then I said, “irereport ko kayo, bastos ka e!” his reply was, “WALA KAYONG PINAGARALAN!! Mga bobo kayo, kayo ang wala sa linya kaya wala akong kasalanan dito, bakit kayo magrereport, kayo mag-asawa ang bastos!! Di ako lelevel sa inyo dahil mga tanga kayo!!” And I said “ikaw ang walang respeto, wala ba kayong asawa o anak, para masabi yan?” My worried pregnant wife went inside the car para hindi siya ma-stress sa situation. Then wala pa ring siyang tigil sa kakasabi ng, “bobo kayo!” I took a picture of him para masama ko ang picture niya sa report. Then lalo siya nagwala and asked bakit ko daw siya pinipicturan?? I said na it’s for our protection and report dahil binastos niya ang asawa ko. Ang sabi pa niya “UUMBAGAN KITA KAPAG HINDI MO BINURA YAN!! TANGINA KA! TANGINA MO KA!!” I looked at him eye to eye and asked him to try to make the first move at lalo ko siyang irereport. He didn’t do it, though.. baka naisip niyang mas lalo siyang madidiin pag nanuntok siya. Wala na siyang nagawa kundi sigawan kami ng, “WALANG KANG PINAGARALAN, HUWAG KA NA MAGDRIVE, DI AKO LELEVEL SAYO” my wife shouted at me and said “WAG KA NA PUMATOL DIYAN SA MATANDANG YAN DAHIL DI MO NGA SIYA KA LEVEL” he just kept on still shouting and pointing at us, “mga bobo kayo!!! WALA AKONG PAKIALAM KUNG BUNTIS ANG ASAWA MO!!! Kayo talaga ang mali!!!” and, “Picturan mo na yung kotse ko, wag lang ako picturan mo, burahin mo yan, tangina ka!” he asked me for an ID when i said I am a photographer and I can report him for what he did. So just to end the arguement, I deleted the BLURRED picture of him on my phone (But i still have remaining pictures of him na hindi niya alam) para lang matigil siya sa pagsisigaw samin dahil traumatizing na sa pregnant wife ko. Then he said “O sige magpicturan na lang tayo!!!” and took a photo of our back plate number. I went inside the car and drove out of the parking area.I am writing to SAN MIGUEL CORPORATION to take some actions to what this man has done to me and especially my 9 month pregnant wife. Since he’s driving a San Miguel company vehicle and wearing your company uniform, we at least expected na respectful siya, and considerate to other people but hindi, he immediately picked up a fight and shouted at us as if pinapalamon niya kami at wala kaming pinag-aralan. What made me angry the most is the fact na he proudly claim na wala siyang pakialam kung buntis ang kinakalaban niya. May your human resource or whoever’s incharge to take action on this matter. I am attaching here his plate number photo, pick-up company car photo, and a picture of him named, NOEL P. DELOS SANTOS.

- madami pang parking slots and they are the first one to park beside the stairs.
- since madaming parking slots, they never expected na biglang sasalaksak yung taga SMC.
- nakiusap yung husband na baka pwedeng imove sa left side nya yung pick up (since stairs na yun, wala nang car slot, pero ang bungad agad e “bobo” “tanga”.
- Nagalit yung taga SMC when they tried to get a picture of the plate number and the guy’s face.
- nasiko pa yung husband nung pinipilit sya na burahin yung picture nya.
