benefit of the doubt, but invalidity many times does not seem too obvious..
when my left leg was fractured, i was still driving, and i savored the privilege of parking into one of these...

It's sad that there has to be a sign "Handicapped Parking only" to block off parking reserved for the handicapped. If one was truly handicapped, it would be very difficult to park. Crazy!

But in the case of that Fortuner, isn't handicapped parking usually near the mall entrance, and as such there should be a guard who should move that sign out of the way or at least call another guard to do so?

Mejo OT, pero tanong ko na din:

Will there be anything legal that can be charged against you when you just show a firearm on your dashboard / window for these kind of situations? Para matapos na yung stand-off, pakita mo na kagad na may dala ka. For sure aatras naman kagad yung other party. Pakita lang ah, hindi itutok.

And worse, pano kung airgun or toy lang yung 'firearm' na dala mo?

Legalities, I'm not sure. But this is the Philippines. If you have a gun its either:
a). may pera/kaya ka sa buhay kahit papano, in which case Philippines laws are mere suggestions

b). kriminal ka at wala ka na dapat paki sa batas.

kidding aside, I think responsible gun ownership would frown upon that. Kasi with that you are provoking a response which you'd hope they'd back off. paano kung may dala rin pala siya at tinutukan ka niya. Sasabihin niya "e nag labas ka ng baril e" e ano ba ang usual outcome pag naglalabasan na ng mga baril?

Kahit ipinakita mo lang sa loob ng kotse mo pwede ka gawan ng kwento nung kabilang party. Kung sa akin gagawin yan, dadagdagan ko kwento na ikinasa sa harap ko yung baril. Madali lang i-justify yan sa piskal lalo na kung registered gun owner ka. Kasi kung hindi mo naman talaga nakita, aba, magaling kang manghuhula. Imagine mo na lang yung pwede mo maging kaso if sinabi pa na tinutukan.

^ Thanks sa responses mga boss. Of course you wouldn't do that until you feel that you are seriously threatened. About naman dun sa kung may baril din yung other party, pakiramdaman nalang muna siguro. Kung kutob mo na meron dala at hindi maghehesitate gamitin, hold back nalang and just prepare for the worst.

illegal yon. you're not suppose to show your gun unless your life is in danger, in this case not yet. if gagawin mo yon if the other guy is also a legal gun owner you just gave him a reason to shoot you and legally at that, kasi as a legal gun onwer if someone draws a gun or any weapon at you, you are allowed to use your weapon na. kaya ako i believe in the saying never draw your gun unless you're ready to use it.

By saying any weapon sir, yun bang mga tubo at icepick ng PUV drivers counted dito? I remember when I was still in elementary, sinugod kami ng taxi driver na may dalang tubo. And madalas ako makakita ng gantong eksena sa Manila, particularly sa may tayuman-blumentrit area.
