Dapat strict ang mga guards sa pagbantay dito. Yun na lang nakikita kong way para magamit sila ng tama. Kasi kung walang bantay aabusuhin talaga yan.

Wala pa naman ako nahuhuli na nagpark dun na walang sakay na PWD, kasi tuwing nakikita ko may nakapark na. We'll never know kung yung nakapark na dun damuho lang oh may PWD talaga.

Wow OK yan kung ganon, para matuto at madala. Kung walang sanction paulit ulit lang gagawin eh.

Boss, IMHO anybody with a pregnant women, Senior Citizen, and some not so obvious disability (like metal brazing, etc. and etc. can park at PWD parking spaces. hehehehe ang trato kasi dyan, parang ambulance we never know kung emergency nga or hindi.

Preggy women can be too sensitive like my wife kaya sa mall sa PWD kami nagpapark para in case of emergency maluwag parking madali makapasok sa kotse.

pero syempre as a good citizen, iwas tayo dyan especially now na ok na misis ko after her labor at ang dapat bigyan ng priority yung mga mas dapat. hehehe. hindi naman kailangan na obvious yung disability ng tao para masabing PWD sya eh.

The thing is, there are a lot of people who think of themselves as big shots here in the Philippines and won't hesitate to intimidate and threaten a guard once a guard tells them that they're not allowed to park in the PWD section. I have seen luxury sport cars park brazenly in the PWD sections of Serendra and Greenbelt. If the malls and other establishments are serious with correcting this behaviour, they should enforce their rules on it. After all, malls are private property so if a "guest" abuses the host, they can always be asked to leave politely.

this time hell no! no benefit of the doubt to these arse hole who parked at pwd section! however is there a way to know if such person has a disability... ?hell no ulit, have you invented a pwd car detector?- malamang hindi! pero sa u.s. meron nakalagay na card na sinasabit sa rearview mirror that says pwd hence the car may park in such pwd allotted parking space.

will that work here, hell no as KILL pointed it out earlier.

what's the best solution-
1. pagwa ka ng sarili mong mall na may reserved parking lot ka
2. pagawa ka ng sarili mong parking lot kung ssan ka man mahilig pumunta na puno ang parking
3. antayin mo yung mga nakasakay sa vehicle na yun pag walang pwd asarin mo or kung siga ka suntukin mo hahahahaha
4. be calm, enjoy your day and let karma get them next time

but since these choice spots are usually very near the entrances, mebbe the guard nearby should be given the job of keeping an eye on potential abusers.maglagay sila ng silya dun, para makita nga kung disabled yung naka-sakay..
