Let's view this on another perspective, if I'm the owner of an establishment and the guy decides to leave his car overnight in front of my store, if he does not get his car by opening hour the next day, I'll have it towed too.

September 3rd, 2012 12:23 PM #23pwede po ba yun mga sir? infront of our driveway, ewan ko ba't ang hilig magpark ng mga iba't ibang sasakyan, kahit malayo naman samin ang pinuntahan nilang place. do we have the right to let it towed? kung sakaling aalis kami at hindi makaalis or papasok at hindi makapasok?

Btw, quick question: On towing, what if naka 1st gear ka tapos naka handbrake ka din, tapos yung tow eh two wheels lang ang kaya i-lift -- eh di ba makakasira yung ng either the drivetrain/transmission(?) (front rolling) or handbrake (rear rolling)?
