But, how is this law going to be implemented - stop all vehicles and check kung lasing ang driver?

    problem is, unlike in other countries .. pareho lang yung carjacking MO dito sa pinas at yung ginawa ni de dios .. kaya hindi mo masisisi .. although feeling ko kung lasing nga sila .. they're probably more concerned on just escaping the law rather than escaping carnappers ...

    lahat naman ng batas ganyan. kung walang nanghuhuli, walang bawal. kaya kahit walang nagpapatupad follow the freakin' law. it will definitely make the world a little bit better.

    Ito lang ang masasabi ko. If he really took only two bottles of beer and he is of average built with an apparently healthy health status, he will still be within the legal limit for blood alcohol even at the peak of alcohol in his blood.

    Siguro ganun siya talaga magdrive whether sober or drunk.

    Pero hindi ko hihintuan si de Dios. I don't even know what he looks like or who he is. Kung member ng sindikato iyan? Unmarked vehicle, green plate, police siren, firearm. Minsan hindi ko din talaga maiiwasang maging laman ng lansangan ng dis-oras ng gabi at madaling araw. The last thing I'd stop for is an unmarked Trooper with an armed driver.

    KUNG lasing nga yung driver (malay ba natin, baka antok), sige, may sala kung may sala. but does that justify the action of de dios?

    since MMDA people can apprehend erring motorist, may right si De Dios gawin yun
    ginawa nya, kasi MMDA din sya. he is just an executive who did some field work.
    a similar example would be yun VP ng PLDT, nakita nya yun linya ng PLDT sa may kanto mapuputol, inakyat na at pinag-dutong nya ulit .... hehehe (as if, mangyari kaya ito hahaha)

    regarding naman dun sa pag-binu-nutan ka ng baril at 300AM, mali naman i-compare yun walang kang ginagawa at bigla ka na lang hinuli compared dun sa may kasalanan talaga like those times people.

    kung nag-papaimpress naman si De Dios dun sa babae nasa CRV, ika nga show of force, power & influence. eh pagbigyan na lang natin ... hehehe

    TEKA...

    1. Carjackings often happen near Quezon Ave., underpass;
    2. Carjackers use sirens;
    3. Carjackers use private vehicles;
    4. Carjackers bring guns.

    TEST NATIN LOGIC:

    All carjackers use sirens. All carjackers use private vehicles. All carjackers bring guns. De Dios used a siren, used a private vehicle and brought a gun. Therefore, DE DIOS IS A CARJACKER!!!!

    yong paraan ng 'paggawa' ang issue naman natin dito, hindi yong intention ni de dios. unmarked vehicle at 3am, wang-wang, gun... ano instinct ng hinuhuli, e di lalong mag-reckless drive yan...which increases the chances ng may madamay. may radio pala sya, di nya ginamit agad.

    may rights sya, pero may rules pa rin. hindi naman nag-ayos si de dios ng natumbang pink fence or nag-assist sa traffic incident, kaya parang sablay ang analogy...mas maganda kung yong VP ng PLDT nakakita ng nagta-tap ng telepono tapos tinutukan nya ng baril yong nagta-tap...o di ba mas appropriate?

    regarding naman dun sa pag-binu-nutan ka ng baril at 300AM, mali naman i-compare yun walang kang ginagawa at bigla ka na lang hinuli compared dun sa may kasalanan talaga like those times people.
    mali na kung mali comparison, comparison lang yan.. pero ang tanong.. at that incident, tama ba yong ginawa ni de dios? kung in the process na nangho-holdap yong hinuli nya, i would very much agree na gamitin nya baril nya. pero reckless/drunk driving tapos bubunutan ka ng baril ng di mo alam kung sino at that time? ano susunod, jaywalking? yellow lane violation? beating the red light? kahit mga police checkpoint may rules of engagement at may limitation ang mga pulis. sa ganong pagkakataon pa kaya? common sense lang naman papairalin dapat..

    kung nag-papaimpress naman si De Dios dun sa babae nasa CRV, ika nga show of force, power & influence. eh pagbigyan na lang natin ... hehehe
    di rin.. kung at the expense of other people. kung ako rin si belizario, ire-reklamo ko yang si de dios. mag-reklamo rin sya kung gusto nya...drunk driving(P2000 fine), reckless driving(P500).
