Looks like it... it was overtaking another vehicle then tried to avoid the trike but fishtailed into the opposite lan.

Speaking ill of the driver who caused the innocent truck driver to go to prison and caused the tricycle driver his livelihood, the truth will set you free doc.

Even if the tricycle was in the wrong lane. He could have honked the focker off of the fast lane. But he was driving too fast...

why imprison the truck driver at all?
...because he survived and the other did not?
from what i saw, he's the victim.
