October 29th, 2020 12:13 PM #3621in some countries,
hinabla na ang gubyerno.
you asphalt the road surface to rid it of imperfections.
here, they created the imperfection.
i mean, katangahan na yan on the part of the road maintainers!
some years ago, baligtad naman ang nangyari.
they asphalted over the manhole covers. the after-event excuse of the person responsible was, "pipintahan namin ng markers yung mga natabunan na manholes."
government has (or is supposed to have!) cast-iron rings available.
these are designed to be placed over existing manhole rings, whenever the road surface elevates due to asphalt or concrete additions. they come in several heights, yata. the resulting product is a perfectly functional-as-new manhole with cover, that is at level with the new road surface.Last edited by dr. d; October 29th, 2020 at 12:54 PM.

VISOR - This is insane. ?... | Facebook
Sorry sa nasawi na pulis pero your spider sense should be tingling, and should have take precaution. Walang plaka, kahit temp plate wala, walang conduction sticker, walang lisensya, kahit anong ID ayaw magbigay. I mean ang dami na clue nyan. Dapat yan ginawa na yung ginagawa sa US na pinbababa na at naka handa na bumunot. Sana magkaroon ng training kahit mga HPG man lang. Sayang ang buhay ng isang pulis.
