    based from the cockpit voice recorder, it seems that the driver behind makes tutok... maybe the vehicle behind was already detected by the reader.

    that's why in rfid, i never make tutok.. either the one in front get free toll or you get hit by the barrier

    That maybe the case. But they should put some seconds on the barrier before it goes down as a safety measure. But of course that can be abused by some cars by tailgating.

    CCTV footage of the moment an ambulance collided with a bus at the North Reclamation Area in Cebu City on Sunday, October 25.
    Several people were injured in the accident, including the ambulance driver. The ambulance was bringing a patient to a hospital while the bus was ferrying passengers to a mall at that time.
