inanimate object naman yun bro, dapat yung MC ang nagadjust. malayo ito pero parang may nagkalat illegally ng basura, aapakan mo tapos sisihin mo yung nagtapon ng trash.
sana bigyan nila seminar yung mga lespu na tumatanggap ng ganyan sa station nila. kawawa din driver, pwede siguro kasuhan sya ng illegal parking tapos may fine bayaran; pero para ikulong sya. doesnt make sense

Kung illegal parking, torts kaso niya hindi lang penalty from LTO or traffic enforcers.

Yung wala dapat pananagutan eh yung nakahinto sa stop light or sa unloading area or parking area tapos babanggain. Yung obvious naman na dapat walang kaso na. Self-inflicted naman na. Sorry na lang sa kamote na driver.

ARTICLE 20. Every person who, contrary to law, wilfully or negligently causes damage to another, shall indemnify the latter for the same.

Art. 2176. Whoever by act or omission causes damage to another, there being fault or negligence, is obliged to pay for the damage done. Such fault or negligence, if there is no pre-existing contractual relation between the parties, is called a quasi-delict and is governed by the provisions of this Chapter. - Civil Code of the Philippines

Quasi-delect isa din tawag. Negligent acts or omission that causes damages to person or property. Negligent ka kasi hindi daoat dun magpark and yet nakapark ka dun or nakahinto dun. Civil case yan. Mas madali kasi manalo dyan. If criminal case ikakaso mo eh reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property or homicide kasi.

So kung wala naman namatay, torts na lang at malaki chance na manalo. If criminal case kasi eh mabigat na evidence pa kelangan mo. Pwede naman ihiwalay mo habla, meaning hiwalay criminal case vs civil case pero matrabaho at matagal eh at magastos. Depende na talaga sa damages na i-cla-claim mo yan.

^bawal harangan ang mga fire hydrant para kapag nagkasunog madali makakakuha ng tubig ang mga bumbero

Kapag nagpark ka sa fire hydrant kahit walang sunog dapat ticketan ka na agad

Kapag nagkasunog at nakaharang ka sa fire hydrant mas malaki ang liability mo dahil sa pagharang mo hindi nakakuha agad ng tubig ang mga bumbero na maaring magpalala ng sunog

i remember that picture, of fire hose passing thru the strategically-parked car's windows...
later on, someone said the entire event was a practice/training session.

i'm not a lawyer po, pero as driver responsible dapat tayo saan naka park yung sasakyan..

i remember yung case na yun ng truck na naka hinto tapos bumangga yung motor.. nasa side road yung truck nag park.. di nakita nung motor kaya sya sumalpok..

ibang case naman yung kung talagang nasa parking slot ka tapos sumalpok yung motor.. sa case na yan mali yung truck kasi wala sya sa tamang lugar para mag park ng truck nya.
