malayo pa sya dun sa tricycle, mukhang pag overtake nya on the right may something dun sa gilid kaya napakabig sya ulit pa kaliwa..

pwede naman sya mag brake kung may trike pala, or sumilip muna

nakita naman agad sya nung truck eh, naka preno nga agad kaso mataas at malaki yung truck, kung kotse yun baka patay din yung sinalubong nya

from what i saw, he's the victim.

I believe our law is set up that way to prevent someone potentially guilty from running away from a fatal accident. In custody until he gets cleared.

That didn’t stop others from running away. Up to now, they can’t even enforce rules against drunk driving. Even worse, MC riders just drive along thinking they are like pedestrians.

Yup, it's actually a logical rule since the police and traffic enforcers and investigators may not have access to ready evidence most of the time.

They can't rely on the living and discount the side of the dead afterall.
Hassle sa innocent but you would be freed naman especially if may ganitong video evidence. Hindi na magtatagal sa precint yan unless incompetent ang investigator at hindi ilagay sa report na siya ang victim and not the other way around.

why do people still transact in large amounts of cash these days?

kung ako shop owner i will demand customers NOT pay in cash

Many small stores in binondo still don't accept plastic pa rin... And some give discounts if you pay in cash.
