Coastal Road toll fee to increase by January 1, 2009

Dapat meron sila advisory.. Mali yun e..

Baka iniisip nila na dapat pakiramdaman na lang natin na magtataas sila kasi "inaayos" nila coastal..

pero tama kayo, not justified yung increase. parang done hastily.
tapos traffic enforcement is non-existent, traffic pa ng pagkahaba haba.

In fairness to them, they did issue a notice slip regarding the increase a few weeks before the implementation. It's a small rectangular piece of newsprint containing the new rates and when they would be implemented.

The increase still sucks though.

According to the guys on the news, we got 3 months from the time of implementation to file and ask for a review and reconsideration of the new rates. How to go about that, they didn't say.
