    In fairness to them, they did issue a notice slip regarding the increase a few weeks before the implementation. It's a small rectangular piece of newsprint containing the new rates and when they would be implemented.

    The increase still sucks though.

    According to the guys on the news, we got 3 months from the time of implementation to file and ask for a review and reconsideration of the new rates. How to go about that, they didn't say.
