yesterday, nadale rin ako same traffic light, although i was apprehended at the Main gate. I'm positive i didn't beat the RED light. It was still yellow when i passed by the intersection and it turned red when i was inside the intersection box na.

I argued to the officer that i didn't beat the red light but yes i had beaten the yellow light. Sabi ko aksidente pa aabutin pag nag-stop ako while still yellow! To no avail! Hirap makipagtalo! Nung nag-init na ako (at talagang mainit na ulo ko, tigas kasi ulo eh), sabi ko sige tiketan mo na ako.

Then i was looking at his name plate sabi bakit ko raw kinukuha name nya. I told him kaya nga may nameplate kayo eh! Wag ko raw kunin name nya at baka mawalan sya name (patawa ang loko). Sabi ko na lang di naman ako "magnanakaw" dahil di naman ARROYO surname ko. medyo nagkakasagutan na kami. I came to realized na tiket na talaga kaya nang-aasar na lang ako.

After cooling down, saka ko na lang kinuha licence ko sa CDC office (inside Clark). penalty: 500 petot!

Note: i became observant dun sa main gate, dami hinuhuli. Mukhang quota period sila on that Beating The Yellow Light scheme.

They follow the fines as set by LTO. They do have the fines for corresponding violations posted in their office (and it has an LTO Header).

to the OP, kung na-apprehend sa clark - imo dapat tubos din sa CDC (cdc enforcers' jurisdiction) like Resmile.
