    Here's the reply of the Operations Manager of CK:

    "Hi sir, first thanks for calling my attention about this blog. Re this incident, our attention has already been called about this last May and Area Manager has conducted an investigation. Base on the investigation conducted by the AM, the store team can’t recall of such incident. All managers have been asked about it but they don’t have recollection. Even SM Admin has been asked by mam Candy in case someone has filed a complaint from them but no recorded complaint as well. The store manager wanted to talk to the customer who had experienced it but it’s very unfortunate that there was no info about details of the complainant. However, it’s just ironic how come on the complaint base on blog, customer failed to get the cashier’s name and the manager’s name.
    According the store manager, it’s also a customary practice of the store that in any case of complaint or dispute coming from customers involving cash change shortage, manager always conduct cash counting in order to verify and reconcile cash for any possible difference arising from the complaint. In order to avoid possible occurrence of the same complaint, area manager reminded the team about the incident and ensure all possible incidences of customer complaints are log and endorse. Cashiers were also re oriented regarding standard cashiering procedures especially stating and clarifying with customer amount received to avoid confusion."

    To all my fellow tsikoteers, if you experience any maltreatment or poor customer service from any establishments, please file a complaint as soon as possible. If the manager or store personnel ignores your complaint, you can always forward your complain to their head office so that these people will be reprimanded appropriately. In this way, you will be helping not just the customers who visit the store, but the establishment as well. Ranting is good but if you don't file your complaint appropriately, the problem will not be solved and more victims will fall on their modus operandi. To the TS, PM me if you still want to pursue the complaint. Kaya lang, you will have to file a complaint and recall the incident so that the person in authority can help you with your concern.

    They belong to the same chain as jollibee and greenwich. personally I wouldn't eat at jollibee especially high traffic branches, you wouldn't believe what their over worked staff do to get back at the company... Yuck!
    I agree, too pricey yet the food itself is not that worth it. Mas masarap pa siomai ng GYOB eh.

    Ako naman sa may chowking tikling. Lahat ng order ng mga kasama ko nabigay na, order ko hindi pa kahit ako ang unang unang umorder samin. Chao Fan na beef, siomai lang inorder ko halos isang oras ako naghintay puro sir wait lang mga 3x silang nag ganun. Kaya lumapit na ako sa cashier then pinakita ko resibo ko, then nung pumunta ako dun nakita ko ung parang chef na kumukuha palang ng rice then sabi sir wait lang. Bumalik ako sa table namin then tapos na kumain mga kasama ko order ko wala pa. Lumapit ung manager sakin tapos may kasamang waiter and nandun na ung order ko. Matabang maitim na babae ung manager paglapit na paglapit tinanong ko agad ung name nila pati ung cashier(nalimutan ko na, tinatakot ko lang nung time na un) then binigay niya name nia then sabi niya kung gusto niyo sir gawa po kayo ng report sabi ko, inubos niyo na nga oras ko sa kahihintay ng pagkain niyo uubusin niyo pa lalo oras ko sa pag gawa ng report, hindi pa nga ako nakakakain oh. Then sabi niya sorry po ulit sir, umoo nalang ako.

    Habang kumakain ako parang nakabantay lang ung waiter na parang VIP ako, then pagtapos kumain sabi ko sa mga kasama ko sandali lang gagantihan ko tong mga lint!k na to. Kinuha ko ung catsup, toyo, kalamansi, tissue. Kinalat ko sa lamesa nila yun at nakatingin ako sa waiter tapos sabi ko pakita mo to sa manager nio ha. Ang kalat talaga nun nagsulat ako ng bulok tapos "..!.." na sign sa table gamit ang ketchup. Tapos pag alis ko sabi comeback again sir. Sinabi ko na lang sige babalik ako pag libre na pagkain niyo, wala nang kakain dito matatapos na ung ginagawang jollibee katabi niyo oh. Magsara na kayo.

    I know naging masama ako sa waiter pero galit na galit talaga ako nun.

    Ang alam ko, OFW sa Kuwait si broTS at bakasyon nya nung mangyari yung insidente...kaya siguro wala na siya time mag-file ng complain....

    tama yung sinabi mo, dapat mag-file kaagad ng complain kapag me ganyang pangyayari...

    thank you sa inquiry eto situation ko noon nangyari ang panloloko sakin ng staff ng SM NORTH EDSA CHOWKING January 28,2011 around 9pm Sana ma review ng management ng CK ang video ng CCTV camera para makita ang totoo panloloko ng cashier /manager. impossible na di ma recall di alam ng area manager noon nangyari panloloko sakin dahil sinigawan ko sila maraming customer na attract ng attention/tumingin sa pagsigaw ko sa kanila.dahil kung hindi totoo sinabi ko sa panloloko ginawa sakin sana sa pagsigaw ko sa kanila e sana ako ang nireklamo/complain sana pinahuli ako sa guard.
    Di ako nakapag file ng complain kasi ilan days nalang paalis pabalik na ako sa Kuwait. taga Pampanga pa ako kaya nagmamadali rin akong makapag biyahe pauwi ng Pampanga dahil 9pm na
    eto pa reason
    1.walang name tag yong manager & cashier pero yong katabi yong ibang cashier may name tag. ( pero tinandaan ko mukha nila kung nag work ka sa CK pwede mong email post ang mga picture nila para sabihin ko sayo sino yong 2 nanloko sakin)
    2.ayaw magbigay ng resibo sa order ko bastat binigay lang 100 pesos yon lang daw binayad ko ayaw nilang aminin na 500 pesos binayad ko.
    kaya wala akong reference resibo kung mag file ako complain sa head office ng CK .ang sinabi ko sa kanila ipa kita CCTV camera para mapatunayan na nagbayad ako 500pesos.pero ayaw din nila.kaya sinabi ko sa kanila yong ninakaw nilang pera di nila pakikinabangan mawawala din yan pera kapag na bad karma magkakasakit sila kulang pa ninakaw nila.
    ingat nalang sa susunod sakto maliit na pera amount nalang ibabayad kapag nagorder ka sa mga fastfood para di na sila interesadong magnakaw lokohin ka kasi halo halo lang order ko tapos nagbayad ako 500pesos para maging barya pambayad sa parking fee sana. pag uwi ko ulit bakasyon sa philippines hahanapin ko sila dahil tinadaan ko mukha nila cashier mga 5ft3 inches height/ chubby ,manager 5 ft payat.Kung may profile picture ka ng mga cashier & manager noon january 2011 paki email/PM pwede kung ituro sayo .

    * desert fox oo ilan days nalang paalis na ako pabalik ng Kuwait taga pampanga pa ako naka daan may binili lang sa SM north kaya dumaan din ako sa chowking kakain sana halohalo & para mapabarya ang 500 pesos para di ma delay sa parking area madaling magbayad sa parking fee kapag barya ang bayad dahil gabi na mga 9pm na
    maraming manloloko sa mga fastfood dahil alam nila halos nagmamadali mga customer kaya yon ang chance nilang manloko.sana maging lesson nangyari sakin para maiwasan panloloko ng cashier/manager kung may barya sakto muna ang ibabayad mo para di na sila interesadong manloko dahil kaunti lang sukli mo

    ok din ginawa mo ako kasi nagmamadali late na uuwi pa ako sa pampanga pero ako sumigaw ako sabi ko sa manager /cashier mga manloloko sila kaya maraming na attract tumingin sa pag sigaw ko.sabi ko sa ibang customer kapag magbabayad sila barya y sakto ang bayad nila para di sila maloko wag magbayad na malaking amount para di interesado lokohin ka.

    Di na po ako connected with JFC eh, kaya forward ko na lang po comments nyo to them. Sana nga they can still find the culprits. Anyway, sa mga ibang customers naman who experienced same or worst service from the establishment, you can actually file a complaint by texting the cp # indicated in the receipt. Kindly demand an official receipt kasi BIR regulation po yun. Pag walang receipt po na binigay, you can actually file a complaint right there and then.
