    Kaya mahirap rin bumili ng 2nd hand kung hindi registered owner mismo yung ka-transaction, or via the blank deed of sale.

    This is scary, seems that our PNP could not do anything to protect the citizenry. If confronted by this scenario you could differ your signature at the deed of sale (like make it appear defective so that the deed would not be accepted).

    Hindi naman mahirap, basta iberipika lang sa mga tamang sangay ng gobyerno na nangagasiwa ng mga papel ng sasakyang pampubliko at pribado bago bilhin. Kahit naman anong property lupa man o sasakyan dapat ganito muna ang dapat gawin.

    sabi ng lawyer void daw ab initio, so it is. . .isa pa, ireport molang sa tmg, lto, pnp right after the incident, mahuhuli na yan when they ty to sell it if the buyer checks the status of the vehicle. . .
    ang kalaban lang dyan e yung no show na transfer of ownership

    next MO, dapat ihatid pa sa bahay nila ang mga carnappers. then bibigyan na lang nila ng pamasahe yung victim.
