September 10th, 2007 02:57 AM #31Ito din ang alam ko, licensed driver is enough. When I still had a student's license, dad ko lang kasama ko, and he holds a non-pro license. Granted, I didn't have any run-ins with traffic enforcers during this time, but if I had at sinita kami dahil dito, iko-contest namin to the max to.
This is quite similar to the case of driving an A/T vehicle and the kotong boys looking for restriction #4 on your license.

charge to experience na lang ito yung iba sa akin
a. hindi naman tumaas yung premium when we had an incident last year - bumaba nga ng more or less 8k
b. guess it should not be a problem sa casa dahil meron naman silang pre-mix paint?
c. kahit ba totally new parts yung ginamit...? kung sakali hindi naman recorded sa pms record but not on police record though.
d. ito sigurado akong charge to experience na lang kahit medyo hassle dahil walang 2nd car at my disposal.

update po...
just got back my car today from toyota dagupan, thanks to my compre. yes... was forced eventually to use our insurance because the other party doesn't have enough funds to fork out for the total cost of casa repair (after completion).

good to know that, sir G.A. that should serve as an expensive lesson on being responsible to the other party.

Have the same incident last June, a student driver hit my passenger side fender and bumper with minor dents and scratches, we have settled this amicably as we can even during the actual accident. He payed all the expenses including my participation fees and all documents needed, I even charged him the gasoline expense that I'ved used in the whole course of repairs and casa trips. For him he got it cheaper using my insurance rather than have him pay for whole actual casa repair cost. I really don't mind using my insurance since that is what insurance was for, otherwise if I don't use my insurance I'll be just like handing money for this company yearly without using it.
Hope you'll get your car fixed too, I know exactly how you feel about the hassle of going back and forth to casa, just have it done and let the other party pay for it.
