The policeman (PO2 Custodio) was given a spot promotion. He's now PO3. Congrats for the promotion and a job well done.

How about salvaging corrupt officials next time?

In personal buying and selling, there's always a risk of getting held-up, the buyer runs away with the item without paying for it, or the seller taking your money without giving the merchandise. Always beware of this.
