Technically, SM management will point out a clause in fine print written on your parking ticket.
Management is not responsible if something/anything happens to your car.

we're not looking to recover damages naman, we just want to give a warning sa makakabasa nito and also hope by complaining na SM will do something about the problem or declare the affected areas not suited for parking or at least warn their customers. we're family of lawyers but typical of us tamad/walang time at ayaw abala kung pwede naman iwasan, ironic. kung meron po sa inyo may connection sa SM or puwede iparating sa attention nila ito, please do so. suki kami ng mall na to at sobrang kulang na yung parking nila on peak days but i dont think we or other customers will knowingly suffer yung abala na ma cause nito maka park lang. I dont know kung always ganyan yan kasi round 5 times pa lang ako naka park sa area na yun, basta iwas nalang po kayo pag may water shower at di naman umuulan. my boss also jokingly said the same thing as you guys, sue SM and ask for a new unit. ayos di ba?hehe

August 28th, 2012 03:50 PM #17If that water is condensate from the cooling tower, have it detailed asap and pray that it restores your paint. Cooling tower water is treated with chemicals, mostly scale inhibitors and biocide stuff. The scale inhibitor may be acidic.

Well, i would assume SM has the arsenal to either make this case go away, or just ignore it altogether without anything happening.
Anyhow, even if you would not expect anything from them, it would be good to report it. This will hopefully get them to act to avoid something similar from happening.
But if you're too busy/lazy, then just go directly and have your ride detailed to save your paint.

August 28th, 2012 04:49 PM #19Kahit pagdumaan ka sa ibaba, may mist of water parati dyan sa gitna ng The Block at yung parking exit. Galing talaga sa cooling towers yan at nakakainis pag bagong linis ang kotse mo although hindi ko napapansin pag may mantsa pag natuyo.. but if it is laden with chemicals, kawawa din yung mga tao na nababasa nito araw-araw.

Panasonic Lead Acid is now under GS Yuasa. Sent from my SM-S901E using Tsikot Forums mobile app
Which is better? Amaron or Panasonic Battery?
