Sa village namin ganyan din ka-strict. Yung non homeowners, di pinapapasok agad. Ira-radio yan sa mga roving guards nearest to your place. Magdu-door bell, then ii-inform ka about sa visitor mo, who's now sitting and waiting at the main gate. Kung kilala mo, approved.....pasok ka. But you have to leave your driver's license at the main gate. Pero pag unknown ka, sorry ka na lang. You're not allowed to go in.
Isa sa biggest subdivision yang BF sa south. I don't know na ganyan pala ka-lax ang security dyan. Reklamo kayo sa HOA nyo dyan. Useless ang mga guwardya nyo dyan.Last edited by chua_riwap; December 1st, 2010 at 03:36 AM.

December 1st, 2010 05:23 PM #15Yep the guards are useless at Casimiro, Moonwalk and Citimotors. Medjo strict sila at Philam because we are using their road
All they care about are delivery trucks. "Gate pass" is P50 per entry or abot freebie from their truck

Yep guys BF Resort Las Pinas has a name. Ie. It impresses the banks when you want a loan etc. But now it's getting too crowded with the wrong type of people! It is becoming a mini "bayan"...
But their are well secured places inside of BFRV like Italia 500Last edited by mazzipino; December 1st, 2010 at 05:26 PM.

December 2nd, 2010 06:53 PM #18Yep Carnival street is the borderline with Bacoor and the river/canal. There are a few squatters there.
I also don't know why they let squatters into a "private subdivision". The akyat bahay gangs of BF Resort could have started from here. They can walk or bicycle around freely and check properties on a daily basis. Or if they wanted to get tactical about it, they could pose as street vendors and still be free to checkup on properties.
IMO, the akyat bahay gangs originate from Bacoor and use the easy entry of Moonwalk to get it and out. Kaya streets in the area should be very vigilant.
Guard dogs are a good deterrent. Ones that are kept outside most of the time and they should be positioned at places where you think the akyat bahay people would drop down from the roof to the ground. Sometimes little kids are ordered to do the deed so make sure all small entry points to the house are guarded, including the bottom of gates which are sometimes high enough for kids to climb under.

Pagganitong magpapasko maraming akyat bahay kahit saang lugar ingat lang mas maganda kung may CCTV na ka install para ma monitor mo kung may aaligid sa bahay ninyo.
