    seems meron ding namamato sa Shaw underpass. The driver they interviewed was named "Cmdr." something something. i really, really hope this guy's from the military...and i hope they do something about it. i'm all for human rights, but once you endanger another innocent lives, for the most insane of reasons, by my book you've forfeited those rights.

    I was thinking -- all these actions about throwing rocks then disappearing -- they require skills and some knowledge in human psychology.
    Ba't di na lang i-round up ng military yung mga yan tapos i-leverage yung "skillzzz" nila in conducting ambush operations sa mga rebelde, etc.
    Ta's kung hindi pala effective yung skillzzz nila, eh di madadale sila ng rebelde, okay din.

    Criminal na yan mga yan dahil sa kagustuhan nila maka inflict ng damage sa property ng ibang tao plus possibility of injury or death.

    my brother's colleague have that electric fence installed. though the current isn't that powerful to kill, afaik it's just like pulses of low voltage circuit when touched.
    but for those bastards, high voltage dapat. no one to blame if somebody got fried/electrocuted. nobody should be there after all except for the maintenance people.

    Lagyan ng CCTV ang taas ng mga underpassess na 'yan. Or better, lahat ng footbridges lagyan na din ng CCTV..
