IMO Disregarding a minor traffic sign like a no right turn on red light is one thing, going through a red light is a completely different case because you endanger the lives of other motorists. I've seen several bad accidents back when c5-kalayaan was still an intersection. Obviously the kalayaan side doesn't stay green for too long, so people are rushing to get that left turn into c5. Some of these went badly, and it's quite shocking when that stuff happens right in front of you.

    Don't beat the red lights.

simple lang dahilan, dagdag gastos dahil sa additional equipment for the counter and dagdag gastos ng kuryente, and bawas kita ng gobyerno dahil mababawasan ang mahuhuli na nagkakamali sa red light. in the end, its a lose-lose situation.

i experience this almost everyday because i commute most of the time, what's even worse is that the signal is already red but AUVs and PUVs disregard the stop signal especially at night this kind of behavior will compromise the safety of other motorists

Beating the redlight? Does it fall under reckless driving or obstruction?
