    Gumawa lang sila ng ganitong batas and i won't care anymore. Tutal, diyan sila magaling - magaling gumawa pero pagdating sa implementation, wala. Yung clean air act nga ni hindi maipatupad ng maayos, yung pagbabawal ng mga colorum hindi nga ma enforce mabuti, at yung mga iba pang mga batas trapiko. Eto pa kaya?

    Dalawa lang pwdeng mangyari dito (1) di ito matutuloy dahil sa public pressure at anger (2) matutuloy ito pero hindi ito maiimplement.

    Actually kasama talaga sa building code ang parking space in every household and establishment, may formula pa nga yan considered pati parking space for employees, residents, customers, even visitors, kaso di naman nasusunod pinas pa lagay lang konti may building permit ka na. Side walk nga natin binabakuran nila kundi man ginawa garden nila, tindahan, talyer, etc.

    We have to face it, its getting worse, day after day cars are multipying, simpleng empleyado naka kotse na kundi man brandnew na subcompact/low-end second hand. Kotse ngayon parang cellpone lagi may bago model, mga pinaglumaan na kotse naryan padin wala naman na dya junk unless kung total na, yung mga surplus ng Japan, Korea, etc. satin bagsak, eh yung mga inaasemble pa AUV, owner, PUJ, kuliglig wala rin hinto sa pagdami yan. Few more years stagnant na la na galawan sa kalsada.

    No, I don't mean sa mga subdivision. Naman sir...
    Pero kunyari nagovernight ako ng isang linggo? or araw araw ako bumibisita ng matagal? Temporary pa naman diba kasi aalis din ako eventually
    So who is to dictate whether you are temporarily parking or not? Halos lahat naman na nagpapark sa main or secondary road e sasabihin "temporary" lang naman e.

    Ang punto ko lang naman sir e mahirap sabihin na pwede mag park pag ganito, bawal pag ganyan. It'll just be a nightmare to enforce in a country that has a very poor record of enforcing its laws.

    Aminin naman natin na if we actually enforced our current laws a lot of problems our county have would disappear.
    Laws concerning automobiles pa lang e, ilan ba dyan "pumasa" talaga sa emission testing. Ilan ba dyan ilan taon ng "For registry". How many vehicles na nakakalusot na hinde naman "road worthy" or even just street legal. Meron ako nakasabay isang beses sa Banawe, CRV na lowered na, sobrang negative camber pa! Wala pa atang bente takbo niya for the entire stretch. O diba?

    Ayusin muna nila ang public transpo.. bago nila gawin yang batas na yan. Kung maayos naman yon sino pa mag dadala ng kotse. like singapore mas marami nasakay sa bus at train kesa may dala sariling auto...

    Shakotan Style, they can do that in Japan without "daya" in suspension components. Dito sa atin, hehe, ewan ko!

    Siguro naman sir pag kinumutan na yung kotse sa tabi ng kalsada, hindi na bisita may ari, hehe. At kung araw-araw naman na nakikita yung kotse doon, siguro hindi na bisita ang tawag doon. Nangyari sa akin dati yan, tatawagin pa yung bisita para aalis ang laging nakaharang sa aking daraanan yung kotse nya.

    Walang pinagkaiba yan sa mga squatter.

    Parang yung harapan ng kabilang bahay naming medyo malapad kasi. Ginawang paradahan ng tricycle ng taga likod bahay. Doon na nga ring nag ooverhaul ng kanyang tricycle. Ginawa na ring ihian. Iwan lang kung tama pa rin ang ginagawa.

    BTT: Hindi dapat sa age ng sasakyan tingnan. Usability and safety dapat. Inutil naman ang LTO natin, kahit nga jeepney na walang ilaw, bumibeyahe sa gabi.

    Dapat siguro stricter standards and proper implementation ng road worthiness. Proper function of brakes/lamps/tires/air conditioning and suspension parts before a vehicle be given a green light to register. I bet more than 50% of vehicles here in manila are not road worthy.

    Implementation of such will require vehicle owners to do proper maintenance on their vehicles. This would benefit the overall auto industry from manufacturers/dealers/auto supplies/shops.

    Yan ang dapat, kung tignan mo yung form nung stencil nandun lahat yan pero di naman tsine check dapat nga pati dyno nang malaman kung efficient pa.

    Pero nasa pilipinas tayo eh...HANGGANG PANGARAP NA LANG YAN
