dami talaga pasaway na pinoy hehehehe!!!! lesson learned... always wear seatbelts! teka question lang po about sa mga bus? sa abroad ba may seatbelt lahat ng seats ng bus????

our company shuttle service are all fitted with safety belts and the driver will inspect it before moving his vehicle (parang flight steward)... btw, this is our number 9 company house rules "i do use a seatbelt and do not use a mobile phone whilst driving"!

IMHO, you don't need to point on tricycles, jeepneys, etc for not wearing or for not having seatbelts, we're talking about YOUR safety...if those rides dont have seatbelts, its their safety that's in peril. We are responsible for our own safety, seatbelts are there to protect us.

Wala ngang intellectual property rights ang seatbelt coz everyone agrees it should be used by every car manufacturer.

Bakit ka pa maghahanap ng local statistics? Seatbelts are universally recognized to provide higher levels of survivability in all forms of crashes vs not having them on.

Unless you also want to be a 'statistic' someday. hehehe.

Nung elementary years ko. Nakahinto lang kami ng driver sa traffic. Sa isang iglap totalled na yung sinasakyan namin. Binangga ng lasing, pumailalim sa trailer na nakapark. If not for the seatbelts, tatama mukha ko dun sa trailer which has intruded into the vehicle cabin. Zero kph na takbo namin nun, nailigtas pa ako ng seatbelts. Buti na lang kahit walang seatbelt law noon (early 90's) gumagamit na kami ng seatbelts. So now I still wear my seatbelts not because it is dictated by some law but because I know it can save lives.

Hindi lang sa abroad. Pati dito sa atin. Nung last na akyat ko ng Baguio via bus, may seatbelts lahat ng rows. Pero sa buong bus, kami lang ata ni commander ang naka-seatbelt (pati driver hindi).

Yep. Although credited with inventing the modern 3-point seatbelt system. Volvo did not patent the design and made it available for all manufacturers to use.

dapat talaga bago i-rehistro mga bus eh i-check kung may seatbelts lahat ng upuan. experience ko nung hs ako, nabangga yun bus na sinasakyan ko... ayun tumilapon ako 3-4 rows.... wala kasi upuan sa likod
