halos parehas ang nangyari sa atin na balak kwartahan, humihingi ng 50k after napagamot sya at naayos lahat ng damage yung trike nya + 2k cash. kasi pati yung pre-existing na sakit nya sa bato ay gustong i-claim hehehe

. alam niyang walang makukuha sa amin nung sinabi ni wifey na insurance na lang ang kausapin nya.

ang kaso ang driver ko ang napansin ni g*g$, demanda nya pero ang maganda ay nakalabas na ng bansa ang aking driver bago dumating ang subpoena nya. sabi ngayon ng driver ko uuwi lang daw sya after 5 years hehehe, di maghabol sya sa tambol mayor

Your drivers are covered by your comprehensive policy so long as he has a valid drivers license and not DUI.

You should also look into his claims and inform your insurance co. to protect yourself just to side be on the safe side.

i was in a like accident about 15 years ago. if he will persist and it leads to a worst case scenario, my advice is to get a lawyer and let him do the talking! that's what i did before and suddenly they were willing to end it.

would have been great if it was properly noted that the three were really drunk when the accident happened and you were 100% sober. pag ganun, dapat sila pa magbayad sa iyo because of that.

It's purely out of humanitarian consideration, why I decided to back down on the legalities. Madaling mabawi ang perang inilabas ko dahil sa aksidente, and besides naka compre naman ako kaya ok lang.

Nakita ko kasi katayuan sa buhay ng dalawa, walang-wala talaga. Ang pakiusap ko lang naman sa kanila eh basta makiusap lang dahil kung hindi eh pasensyahan kami.

Yung isang makulit medyo nag cool down na rin, I'll see next week kung ok ba talaga ang stado ng kokote nya. Pag sablay pa rin eh bahala na syang makipausap sa insurance company para sa claims.
